Tool mentions and tagging

Gram Elements now supports tool mentions and tagging within chat conversations.

This feature enables users to reference specific tools directly in their messages using @mentions. When a tool is mentioned, it provides context to the AI about which tools should be used for the current task, improving the precision and relevance of responses.
