ListToolExecutionLogs API Endpoint

Add ListToolExecutionLogs API endpoint for querying structured tool logs with cursor-based pagination and filtering support.

This new endpoint enables you to programmatically query and analyze tool execution logs from your Gram Functions. With cursor-based pagination and flexible filtering options, you can efficiently retrieve and process execution history for debugging, monitoring, and analytics purposes.
